The short version
- You have 14 days from the day your contract is concluded to withdraw, without giving a reason.
- If you ask us to start the service straight away, you pay only for the days you used if you withdraw.
- Tell us by email — the model form below is optional.
Your right
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded — the day we confirm your order.
When the service starts immediately
Most customers want to watch the same day. When you ask us to send your login details during the 14-day period, you expressly request that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends. If you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the moment you tell us, and we refund the rest.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement by email to [email protected] before the 14 days end. You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
Model withdrawal form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
To: LayerSeven TV, [email protected]
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: LayerSeven TV subscription — plan: ……
Ordered on: …… / Login details received on: ……
Name of consumer: ……
Address of consumer: ……
Date: ……
Refund after withdrawal
We refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. Your login details are deactivated when the withdrawal takes effect.
Outside the EU and UK
If you live elsewhere, your local consumer law applies alongside our refund policy, which covers situations such as a service we cannot get working on your device.
