About these terms
These terms apply to the LayerSeven TV service provided by LayerSeven TV (“we”, “us”). By ordering a plan you agree to them. Please read them together with our refund policy and privacy policy.
The service
LayerSeven TV gives you access, through compatible third-party player apps, to live channels and an on-demand library for the period you pay for, plus support by WhatsApp and email.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in euros on our pricing page. A plan begins when we send your login details after payment is confirmed. Plans are paid once for the chosen period and do not renew automatically; you decide whether to renew before your plan ends.
Your account
You must be an adult to order. Keep your login details confidential. You may install the service on your own devices, but the number of screens playing at the same time is limited by your plan. Sharing details outside your household or reselling access without a reseller agreement is not allowed.
Acceptable use
The service is for private, non-commercial viewing. You agree not to rebroadcast, record for redistribution or publicly show content, not to interfere with the service, and to comply with the laws that apply where you live.
Content and availability
Channel line-ups and library titles change over time. We do not guarantee that a particular channel, program or event will be available unless we have confirmed it to you in writing before purchase. We work to keep the service available and to fix interruptions quickly, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Devices and third-party apps
You are responsible for having a compatible device and a suitable internet connection. Player apps are made by third parties; their availability, features and any fees are set by their developers.
Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds follow our refund policy. Consumers in the EU and UK may also have a statutory right of withdrawal, explained on our withdrawal rights page.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example through sharing details beyond the plan or reselling access. Where possible, we’ll contact you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that plan. These terms are governed by the law stated by the operating company, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country.
