The short version
- If we can’t get LayerSeven TV working on a supported device, you’re covered.
- Refund requests must be made within the refund window confirmed to you at the time of purchase.
- We always troubleshoot with you first — most problems are fixed in the same chat.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
Our approach
We would rather tell you before you pay that LayerSeven TV isn’t right for your setup than refund you afterwards. That’s why we check your device, connection and the channels you care about before you order. If something still goes wrong, this policy explains what happens next.
When you can get a refund
- The service cannot be made to work on a supported device, even after troubleshooting with our support team.
- A channel or event we confirmed to you in writing before purchase was not available.
- You were charged twice, or charged for a different plan than the one you ordered.
- A long service interruption on our side that we could not resolve.
Depending on how much of the plan has been used, a refund may be full or proportional.
When a refund doesn’t apply
- A change of mind after the service has been working normally for a large part of the plan.
- Problems caused by an unsupported device or a connection well below our published recommendation, when we advised you about it before purchase.
- Fees charged by third-party player apps, which are paid to their developers, not to us.
- Accounts suspended for breaking our terms, such as sharing login details beyond your plan.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address or WhatsApp number you ordered with.
- Include your order date, plan and a short description of the problem.
- If we haven’t already troubleshot together, we’ll suggest steps first — please give them a try.
- We confirm the outcome in writing.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days on our side; your bank or payment provider may take longer to show it.
Your statutory rights
